Our septic tank and distribution field are in and passed inspection. The backhoe dug up several rocks and one big gigantic one, not sure if my tractor will move it! It was raining when they got done so I'm planning to do the final grading - the backhoe was making more of a mess than anything else.
Two sides of the house was back filled - it took a fair amount of dirt to fill it in. I'm no longer concerned about having too much dirt. (might have to get some back fill!) Basement cement was poured and it looks nice... Went over with the builder about the side deck.
