Documenting the building of our modular house... we designed our own layout and will have Nationwide modular build it in their factory, transport it and set it up on our land. We have a builder that will put in the basement, finish the inside, build decks and porches. Planning to follow up after we move in and let you know about the quality of the modular house and if we would do things different.

Been hunting and working on the house...
Warning, photo of a dead deer below... if that's a problem, skip this post.
The fact I need to be doing lots of things with the new house vs. sitting around waiting for bambi's mommy or daddy to show up is frustrating... finally got the septic under ground and the field level (new photos added today)... I fit this work in between the morning hunt and afternoon hunt.
So the last three nights were perfect.... for the deer to stay up all night then sleep all day. I have not seen a deer for three days. Before that, I watched a mother and daughter eat apples, the youngin' got an apple stuck in her mouth. Moving her head left to right to dislodge it. I watched as they came to the tree, youngin' basically threw caution to the wind and ran up to the apple tree, where as, her mom cautiously walked up to the apple tree.
Helped the plumber one day... a little scary since plumbing "passed" inspection.... I pointed out that one of the shower drains wasn't connected to the sewer system. We also plumbed the air vent for the system.
Enough rambling... last two photos, trying to decide which clean out (no need to fit inside one) we went with the white one.
