Documenting the building of our modular house... we designed our own layout and will have Nationwide modular build it in their factory, transport it and set it up on our land. We have a builder that will put in the basement, finish the inside, build decks and porches. Planning to follow up after we move in and let you know about the quality of the modular house and if we would do things different.

Slow is good...
Was able to help the plumber/electrician this past wk/ed... changed a few things. Photos of our views... dealing with a pinched nerve for a couple weeks. Not happy about that but getting by.
