Let the fun begin...

We have our septic permit in hand...  will let the builder know and maybe we'll finally see some dirt moved.  {edit} oops, he's on vacation...

I guess you never know how things will end up...    I think we have a better layout (although, I admit, it's very basic).  I also, think we have a better (real) builder... looking forward to our new house.
