Much happier to see the place and all the great things that have been done... just not too happy leaving my camera up there!!! I will get photos posted on Friday.
So, the tile and grout were done perfectly... and it looks great. They actually started on the hardwood floors today.
Stairs to the basement were done... not actually to the design of the plan but it might actually work better... The basement cracks were sealed up...
Drywall was almost done and the heat pump is no longer trying to keep Carroll County warm... all the insulation was added to the basement.
There's still a little more mudding and sanding with the cathedral ceiling but not much. The deck hanger has been hung but the dirt was too frozen to dig the footings. ...and it might be too muddy to do it now.
The driveway is barely surviving... lots of snow, rain and traffic. It's going to need some TLC when this is all over. Winter and rain, GO A WAY!!!
